Okey friends. There is a lot of talk about the Vagus Nerve these days. Chiropractors have been working with these concepts for ages, and all of a sudden there are “hacks” for the Vagus Nerve. What if we didn’t try to hack or short cut anything, rather understood that we can support our own nervous system and vagal system and whole health?
