So much of our life is spent leaning forward – caretaking our littles, jobs, cars, tech… you name it. We have very little need to reach up and or out, unless we find reasons to. As such, we often lose the strength and flexibility. I love this exercise for working those muscles that don’t get enough TLC in a quick and easy way, just laying on your floor (or a bed if you must). Remember to keep those elbow high, its not the end positions that matter, is the journey from one to the other that is doing the work. As always, let me know what you think and if this is helpful!
