If you have seen me in practice in the past few years, this series will be familiar! Its the starting point for all of my home recommendations because it supports your brain, your posture… in short… your life! Exercises to help support the work we do in the office because it reinforces the movements that are helpful to support parasympathetic (or calming) part of the nervous system. Patients who do them really like them and find them supportive. Maybe this is your first time seeing this video, or maybe its a review, either way, try doing them daily, 3 times even, and about 10reps of each exercise.
