I see a LOT of people who stand all day, walk a lot, run, dance, or have otherwise worn terrible shoes or hurt their feet. They carry a lot of weight and do a lot for us don’t they!? Caring for our feet proactively as well as healing from an injury can start here. Plantar fasciitis as well as aching sore feet are two common things I hear about. Here are my two favorite things for self care.

The first is short foot exercises. Take a peek at this video to find out what it is and how it helps.

The second is ball rolling, which is super helpful to both massage those tired sore muscles and break up scar tissue, as well as gently mobilize ALL the joints of the feet.
